Latest Finds from the Treasure Trail

You would have to go all the way back to this post in late October to see my latest finds from the treasure trail. I’ve been trying SO hard to use the things I have stockpiled before adding to my inventory closet. But last month, I got a really sweet birthday surprise, which allowed me the chance to hit the roads hot again. If last year was the Year of the Goat, this year should have been called The Year of Ironstone. It has been really hard to find in this area as of late so I was really excited when I got these pieces. I’m hoping to add more tureens and statement pieces to my wish list for Christmas.

Of course, it would be totally crazy pants if I didn’t come home with baskets. These are a few of my favorites.

The brown apothecary jars were a gift from my mom. The title of the book is A Horse of My Own. If you’ve seen this bedroom makeover you know I definitely have a heart for all things equestrian. The silver pitcher is actually a trophy. The stack of canvas-covered boxes will be featured in my home office makeover. How sweet is this plaid utility bag? I can’t even talk about the stool. I bought it to take to the store but…

I’ve started collecting wooden spoons again so I’ve been on the look out lately. I picked up all of these to use in the kitchen. The Lupini Beans sign is vintage inspired. I loved the typography. I thought I would use the basket as part of the kitchen desk organization but I decided to use the vegetable baskets instead. That box under the Lupini Beans sign would be perfect for a phone charging station in my office so we’ll see if we can make it work. I love those little succulents in the metal basket.

My mom recently started shopping for me again so she picked up some of these pieces. They’re all headed to the booth too. I’m trying to decide if I want to paint the gold shelves. Mixed metals are totally in right now but I’m in a coastal market so I’m thinking French Linen. What do you guys think?

The shopping part is my favorite part, have I told you guys that lately? We’re currently collecting things for a laundry room makeover, a master bedroom makeover, my home office and a lake house project we signed onto last week. I’ll be keeping the treasure trail hot so I’m pretty excited.

See you guys back here tomorrow. I’m sharing a look at a few new decorative things in the kitchen.

Many blessings,

CoCo
