I’m excited to finally be sharing a piece of painted furniture with you. I painted this console table before Christmas. It seems like a whirlwind now but at the time I couldn’t believe 4 pieces of furniture sold between Thanksgiving and Christmas. I used Annie Sloan Chalk Paint in Duck Egg.
For as long as I can remember I’ve wanted a farmhouse style table. A table that was long enough to fit my entire family, which has now grown to 12.
I thought it would be fun to take a look back at some of the painted furniture pieces I’ve painted in 2014. You won’t be surprised that most of them are white.
When I realized I was out of ASCP Pure White and Old Ochre I decided to make my own paint to help add a little bit of contrast to my booth space. I think this washstand is going to be really pretty in pale green.
We found this buffet about a month ago. My wagon was already packed full and before I knew it she had pulled the tag.
Aaaaand we’re back…to painting dressers Annie Sloan Chalk Paint Old White that is. I don’t even know if you guys remember this dresser or not.
I thought I would give you a break from all of the white painted furniture, you don’t mind right? I picked up this vintage piece and to be perfectly honest I had no idea what it was.
