Best of Fall Tablescapes

I hope you guys are enjoying a relaxing three-day weekend. I’m working on projects in the kitchen now that it has been completely repainted. I thought it would be fun to take a look back at last year’s tablescapes in case you need last minute ideas. I love brown and white transferware.

I have a lot of decorating weaknesses and this is one of them. I can barely pass a plate that is not my pattern without wanting to pick it up and bring it home with me.

It looks like I was into neutrals even back then. We had just recently finished the kitchen table. I still love it just as much today.

I no longer have this table or these chairs but I still have this set of brown and white transferware.

I still have this quilt and of course the dough bowl too.

This picture makes me laugh. My style is still pretty simple.

The outdoor tablescape was my favorite last year. I took old music sheets and Christmas ornaments to create this place setting.

I always have lots of burlap around and white sheets. The crochet blanket in the center is one my Granny made me.

Eating outside is one of my favorite things to do. It’s so relaxing.

My tablescape this year was all about neutrals,

bringing the outdoors in,

and creating a table everyone could enjoy.

Do you ever look back at your changing styles?

Many blessings,

  4. Catching up on reading today and feeling inspired by your tablescapes 🙂 Neutrals and just a bit of fresh color always looks lovely. A magnolia tree along my walk path could use a bit of trimming. Think anyone would notice me out there with pruners in hand? Bwg ~~~
