45 Simple Analog Habits to Boost Mindfulness and Unplug

We’re sharing 45 simple analog habits to boost mindfulness and unplug today!

At the beginning of the year, almost all my friends and family members had goals that sounded like a version of this:

  • “Stop scrolling.”
  • “Create more, consume less.”
  • “Eliminate distractions.”
  • “Make time for what matters most.”

And I totally get it.

Embracing a more analog life means intentionally stepping back from screens and digital devices to encourage deeper personal connections, to foster creativity, and to develop a stronger appreciation for everyday moments.

It’s a way to reconnect with ourselves, our goals and dreams, our friends, family, coworkers, and our communities to make time for what matters most.

Last year, I went through a big transformation that allowed me to cultivate more analog habits.

While it wasn’t always easy, and I still embrace the parts of technology that help simplify my life, I have a better balance between the two now, which feels amazing.

Here’s a look at 45 simple analog habits to boost mindfulness and unplug, in case you want to incorporate them into your day too.
