A Quick and Easy Halloween Tree
We’re sharing our quick and easy Halloween tree today!
Truth be told, Spooky Season has always been a big deal in my family.
My sisters and I used to “entertain” my parents with plays, pageants and dinner theaters.
We were the kids that wore ball gowns and dance costumes to tea and would frequently get “dressed up” for dinner.
My Mom was a first grade teacher, so our holidays were always magical.
And given we wore our Halloween costumes throughout the year, she was generous in letting us choose whatever we wanted.
On Halloween morning, my parents would present us with Boo Bags filled with little treats.
Then we’d all head into the kitchen for a Boo Breakfast complete with jack o lantern pancakes.
Later that night, we’d have a Spooky Supper before heading out to trick or treat.
It was always so much fun.

Now that my sisters and I are older, we’re very intentional about making extra special memories at home and with the littles.
The minute I saw Ella Claire’s Halloween Tree several years ago, I wanted to try one too.
But it was a lot like the floating candles I wanted try, the timing never never seemed right because our schedules were always packed.
This year though, I vowed to celebrate as many big and little holidays as possible.
And part of that commitment was finally making the time to create a Halloween Tree.

Honestly, it took less than 30 minutes to put together save for the time it took to put up and fluff up the tree.
Bonus, it was budget friendly because I used most of what we had on hand already.
Here’s a look at how to create a quick and easy Halloween Tree.

Quick and Easy Halloween Tree Ideas…
I used a store-bought witch’s hat for the tree topper.

Then I used the birds and bird cages we had previously used in the breakfast nook for a Spooky Season home tour.

I made the mini jute witches brooms last year.

And added the glitter pumpkins we’ve used on the breakfast table for several years to the Halloween Tree.

Finally, I added a few ornaments I picked up at the Fall in the Field event.

The Halloween tree skirt is a piece of creepy cloth layered over orange fabric.
And since we didn’t have any presents, I simply added faux pumpkins.

All in all, I’m excited about the way our Halloween Tree came together.
I love to wake up before everyone else and turn on the tree while our pumpkin spice coffee is brewing.
It’s such a special and simple way to start the day.
