St. Patrick Day Ideas

I used to always say on St. Patrick’s Day, “Don’t even think about pinching me, my eyes are green.” Ha ha clearly those green eyes needed an attitude adjustment but it did save me from being pinched a few times. Over the years, we’ve found fun ways to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with more than just green beer….like the time we celebrated green with new flowers for the flower beds…

or the time I put together a St. Patrick’s Day themed dinner complete with gold glittered shamrocks and my favorite bits of vintage.

Of course, it’s always fun to see how fellow creatives are celebrating this festive day.

Angie from, Spain Hills Farm created this super awesome faux jadite shamrocks using a plastic water bottle. I know. She’s so talented.

How awesome is this Glitter Shamrock Moss Art from Oh My! Creative? Susan shared this easy to follow tutorial via our Something to Talk About link party.

I’m crushing on this Shamrock Hoop Art from Much More Creative too. I love the different trim and fabric options Brenda chose.

Brooke from Be Fed Again shares her recipe for Corned Beef Sliders. She gives me the giggles thinking about the smell of cabbage cooking on the stove.

Lisa from Concord Cottage shares recipes for St. Patrick Day Mocktails and Cocktails. I can’t wait to try this Apple Martini.

Can we just talk about these Mint Oreo Truffles from Hoosier Homemade? Yes, please. I’ll take them all!

Finally, grab a cup of Irish Coffee and enjoy a mini vacation with Jenn and Vicki from 2 Bees in a Pod. They have such gorgeous photos of their travels from Ireland I swear I can smell the salt air from here!

See you guys back here tomorrow. It’s been a hard week but I’m sharing a book that’s helping me stay focused on what’s really important. P.S: How many contractions can I possibly use in one sentence ☺

Many blessings,
