From the Front Porch

Happy Sunday from the front porch.  We’re excited to have you here today.

Did you have a great week? We hope it’s been fantastic!

Scenes From Our Week….

We’re finally back home from the cabin.  It was such a great trip and I couldn’t imagine a better way to kick off the holiday season.

Again, thanks so much to everyone that left a sweet message and helped us celebrate S’s recovery milestone.  It was such a special time.

I’m currently up to my eyeballs in laundry and have been laser focused to get myself and the house back on track before we start decorating for the holidays.

It really seems like everyone is in the spirit early this year which is always fun!

While we were at the cabin, we visited a lot of small mountain towns. There were still a lot of Fall decorations up because we hadn’t even celebrated Halloween at the time.

But the minute November 1st arrived most of the stores were out hanging garlands and decorating for Christmas.

Speaking of which, it definitely felt like Christmas when I scooped up these beauties.  Brown and white transferware is so hard to find now! Unfortunately, we had to leave the bed and horse behind but gosh, they were gorgeous.
