Goodbye September, Hello October

I feel like I’ve spent the entire month of September trying to catch up. Do you guy ever feel like that? I’ve had a lot of projects to keep me busy this month like reviving tarnished trophies, cleaning breadboards and cleaning my vintage wicker outdoor furniture.

I also used a new to me mineral paint on a coastal inspired dresser for my booth. I gave this herb garden bed a little refresh thanks to $3 Salvia from Lowes. I painted a new sign with craft paints and painted the front door in a color called Elegant.

My favorite projects from the month have all involved decorating for the change in seasons. I’ve been burning a salted caramel candle and drinking lots of pumpkin spiced lattes. The dining room has been one of the most popular posts of the entire month. I love the relaxed vibe of the fall inspired mantel and breakfast table too. Every day I walk through the front door and get to see all of those mums, I feel so excited. Now that the weather is turning cooler, I’ll be spending a lot of time on the porches.

Of course, I always have a great time baking in the kitchen. I swear, as soon as I tie the apron strings around my waist I immediately feel calmer. These recipes are really good and easy to make especially the fall inspired honeycrisp apple panini.

Finally, I’ve spent a bit of time shopping for new inventory, making items for the upcoming holiday season and fluffing my booth at The Pickers Market.

Goodbye September, it’s been fun. October, if you’re listening I can’t wait to see what you have in store for me.

See you guys back here tomorrow. I’ll be sharing my fall inspired entry.

Many blessings,

CoCo
