Organizing an Intentional and Purpose Filled June

We’re sharing tips and tricks for organizing an intentional and purpose filled June today!

Each month, I spend time planning special ways to make it a memorable one.

Sometimes the ideas are seasonal and based on our family’s calendar.

Other times, we leave room for road trips and spontaniety like midday ice cream cones, trips to the beach, and lazy summer naps.

No matter how we’re celebrating the month though, I always look forward to making the time spent intentional.

Here are simple ideas and activities to keep in mind as you prepare your heart, home, calendar and menu for a fresh month ahead.

  1. This has really got me to thinking. Planning summer activities will ensure that they happen more likely than just going with spur of the moment plans. We tend to be more spur of the moment, which sometimes means we don’t do some of the things we would like to do. I am going to sit down and make some plans for this summer and be more intentional about it. Thank you for these thoughts and the ideas!

    1. Even if you have them down on the calendar and something comes up, at least you’ll have a game plan of how you want to spend your time, Susan. I try to put down the big holidays and the little ones too. Earlier this month, my Mom and I popped into a specialty chocolate store for a truffle because it was National Truffle Day. It was such a small thing but a fun and delicious way to commorate the day and it only took a few extra minutes to create a special moment. Can’t wait to hear all about the special moments you’ll create too! Big hugs, CoCo

  2. I can’t believe June is almost here! We’ll blink and half the year will be over! Thanks for sharing so many great ideas to explore during June! I’m excited to schedule a few and add them to my calendar!
