June is one of those months that feels like a big transition as the littles are home for the summer, vacations are underway, and summer camps and college prep begin.
Take your time and ease into new schedules and routines whenever you can and simplify tasks where possible.
Once you catch your breath, be sure to enjoy the bounty of fresh fruits and vegetables available at your local farmstand.
Then savor every juicy bite!

YUM… so many amazing ideas. Both the Salmon Fillet with Peach Salsa and the Pineapple Salmon sound amazing right now!
How is it JUNE??? Holy smokes! Wasn’t it just Mother’s Day? Definitely trying out those smoothie recipes. I am trying to have a smoothie for breakfast in the morning – its a great way to pack in fruits, veggies, flax seed and more.
I also want to try the Mediterranean Chickpea bowl. . . so much inspiration and so little time . . .
Let’s just put summer on pause for a while. Ok? Good. Let’s do that.
These menu ideas sound amazing! There are some really good ones this month!
