May Menu Ideas

We’re sharing May Menu Ideas today!

May is another one of those months loaded with celebrations.

I’m talking about everything from the Kentucky Derby to the Coronation to Mother’s Day and Memorial Day.

Throw in May 4th for Star Wars fans, Cinco de Mayo, graduations, and end-of-school celebrations and it seems like there is an event to attend nearly every week.

So, while you’re planning the month of head remember to keep it simple.

May is a great month to enjoy lots of protein-packed smoothies, salads brimming with leafy greens, micro greens, antioxidant-rich fruits, and sheet pan dinners that will help make busy weeknights easier.

  1. So – I decided to try to eat gluten free. The only way you know if you have a gluten sensitivity is to stop eating it. Anyway this list is PERFECT because there are so many options I can try. Lettuce wraps! Kitchen Sink Fried Rice! Easy Shrimp Boil! You always offer great suggestions and recipes. Thank you!
