Nature Inspired Christmas Home Tour

Over the last few weeks I’ve shared with you our traditional Christmas at Bliss Barracks, our romantic Christmas at Loblolly Manor and finally our nature inspired Christmas at Journey’s End. It feels like it has been a whirlwind of decorating and planning since the beginning of October but I wouldn’t change a minute. Every morning, I wake up early and immediately turn on the Christmas lights to savor the quietest part of the day with a steaming cup of coffee.

I know the next couple of weeks are going to be the busiest part of the month. Things always seem to get a little crazy the closer we get to Christmas, right? I still have a few gifts to order and we still need to finalize our Christmas Eve and Christmas Day brunch menus but for the most part I feel like all the big stuff is mostly finished. I’m looking forward to birthday celebrations, a candy making class, dinners with friends, cranking up the Christmas music, holiday parties, movie night out, impromptu naps and lots of raspberry hot cocoa.

Here’s a look at our home, Journey’s End, decorated for a Nature Inspired Christmas…

    1. You’re so sweet, Nancy, thank you! It’s been fun to put everything together in a simple, relaxed way so we can enjoy all being together this holiday season. Rescues are the best, right? I’m pretty sure there was a squirrel behind me because he would NOT move ha ha! Hugs, CoCo
