We’re definitely looking forward to all the good things Spring has to offer and we know so many of you are too!
Spring is one of our favorite seasons beacause we love to prepare and decorate our homes.
Whenever possible, we like to take an entire week before transitioning from one season to the next to search for inspiration, deep clean the house, and clear out any leftover decorations from the previous season.
It feels so good to start with a clean slate, you know?

Use Spring Inspired Plates
If you’ve been following The Crowned Goat for any length of time, you already know I have a MAJOR weakness for vintage dishes.
It literally warms my heart every time I get a message saying you’re collecting the same dish patterns or you’ve started eating off your grandma’s china because you want to celebrate each day instead of waiting to pull out “the good stuff” for special occasions.
Using Spring-inspired plates is such an easy way to decorate for the season.
From dainty roses to polka dots and garden motifs, they can be used on the table, on the wall, at tea time, on the porch, patio, or even in a potting shed.

Quick and Easy Spring Decorating Ideas to Keep in Mind
Keep in mind if you don’t feel like decorating the entire house that’s totally ok – just decorate the spaces you and your family love most.
Start slowly by choosing a color palette that inspires you. It might be pastels, blues, whites, greens, or neutrals.
Then add pops of color with plants, layer in a bit of texture, and decorate with seasonal items like eggs, bunnies, carrots, grasses, branches, and garden accents.
Finally, if there are certain projects or rooms in your home you’ve neglected or haven’t been able to get to because of winter weather, now is the time to start planning those spaces.

I love spring as much as I love Christmas and these ideas are all doable. Thank you for making spring decorating so easy.
So many lovely spring inspiration photos, CoCo! This post is pure pretty!
Such lovely photos and ideas. In Chicagoland we are still constantly barraged with snow or ice or both. Making it hard to even begin to think of Spring.
Hi Coco! All those neat ideas really gave me a lot of inspiration! I’m so ready for spring! Good thing I am because it’s here, lol. It was hot here today and the azaleas look like they’re ready to bloom. I just love this time of year. Thank goodness for short winters down here. Nothing feels more like spring than putting some clean, fresh, crisp white sheets on the bed with a pretty little quilt. Ahhhhh!!!! Crank the AC down to Eskimo and I’ll sleep like a baby, lol! Thanks for all the great ideas and enjoy the rest of your week! ?
I can’t begin to explain how much I love all of these ideas. Spring wreath and flower crown for chandelier are such innovative and creative ways to add spring vibe in your home and I’ll definitely be trying them. As for the pop of color, I’d say that green and gentle blue tones represent spring spirit the possible way, so this should be our choice for a pop of color. Thanks for sharing these inspiring ideas, I really enjoyed reading your post!
You really inspired me, CoCo. I live in the Midwest and it’s in the 20’s, so spring has been the last thing on my mind. But why wait? I Pinned a bunch of your photos and can’t wait to get moving. Thank you!! 🙂

Thanks so much, Cindy! One day the weather is up and the next day it’s down in Florida so I’ll be excited when it stabilizes a bit. We went to the garden center this week and there are tons of beautiful flowers out right now. I can’t wait to get started on the front porch! Hoping Spring reaches you soon too, CoCo
You’ve done it again, Coco. Such wonderful ideas, all illustrated with beautiful photos!
Thanks so much for joining the Grace at Home party at Imparting Grace. I’m featuring you this week!
You’re so sweet, Richella, thank you so much for the feature. It’s been a cold and rainy winter in Florida so I’m all kinds of excited to finally see the sun. Hope your spring season is a blessed one. Hugs, CoCo
Great round up and so much inspo. I’m ready to clear out everything and start fresh! Now if I could just get the rest of the family on board, that would be awesome. Enjoy the beautiful season.
You need to send them to Florida! I’ve been on a major cleaning and decluttering kick. It totally saves time cleaning and it’s such a great feeling to live with the things you love and use most. That said, I completely understand how hard it can be to let go of sentimental things which is why progress, not perfection is the only way to live 🙌 Wishing you a spring season filled with all your favorite things, CoCo
Lots of inspiration in your post. Love spring & want to get out my bunnies and start decorating the front entry. Thanks for so many good ideas

Thank you bunches, Lynne! I could easily talk myself into living in a flower shop. I have horrible allergies but I just can’t get enough of them. Especially in the springtime. Hugs for a happy day, CoCo
You have so many wonderful ideas here CoCo. I love all things spring and Easter, especially bunnies! I just wish I had your front porch, accessories included! I love the pots with the moss, and all of your plants stands. It looks so inviting.
As always, these are beautiful ideas!
Hey CoCo! Just wanted to thank you for all your great ideas here. I just bought some grass table runners for a retreat last weekend, and I’m going to use them as a base for a centerpiece for our Easter luncheon. And I’m going to pull out my mom’s floral bowl that’s the same pattern as one of the ones in your photo above (the one that’s on the right in the center). I have loved that pattern since I was a little girl when Mom used it for tuna salad for our sandwiches at lunch. Through the years, I’ve picked up a few pieces in that pattern–not many–and I’m going to pull them out for Easter. She and my sister will be so pleased to see them.
Also, the big floral Easter egg that you made is so pretty! I’m thinking of doing something like that too.
Thanks so much for all your great ideas and the care with which you put your posts together.
Big hugs!
LeAnne
