January Menu Ideas
We’re sharing January Menu Ideas today!
Now that the holiday season is over we’re easing into fresh routines and new meal plans.
Like a lot of you, I feel an overwhelming need to do everything all at once…organize the pantry, clean out the closets, jot down goals and dreams, read more books, exercise, juice…you name it!
Over the years though, I’ve found taking a slow and steady approach by focusing on one thing at a time has a much longer impact.
While January is a great month to get back on track with healthy eating and wellness habits, it’s also a great time to boost your immune system and to nurture yourself in ways you may have let slide during the hustle and bustle of the holidays.
So, before your calendar starts filling up with ways to celebrate winter be sure to make your needs a priority.

This is so helpful. I can’t wait to try the rainbow Buddha bowl. Definitely making more of an effort to show up on my yoga mat and to practice saying “no” and doing less in January. Thank you for the recipe ideas!
Oh my goodness! There are so many great looking meals here! I’m definitely going to try the Bourbon Glazed Salmon!
